Shannon & Shannon Burton

After much prayer and seeking the Lord, Shannon and his wife Shannon have stepped forward in obedience to God’s calling — a calling that has led them to move to Natchez and plant their lives here for the sake of the Gospel.

The Burtons carry an unstoppable desire to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a passion to teach youth not only what it means to be a disciple, but how to go into the world and make more disciples. Their hearts burn for the next generation, and their commitment to Christ is evident in every step they take.

At Redemption Church, we recognize them as an answered prayer — a vital, God‑sent piece of the foundation being laid as part of this church plant. Their presence strengthens the mission, the vision, and the spiritual groundwork God is building here.
